Protection Review Conference
Tuesday 8th July 2008
Café Royal, Regent Street, London

The Protection Review is more than just a snapshot of the UK’s multi billion pound health and protection insurance market. It is now a well-established forum for those who need to know about the markets, what the key trends and issues are and what developments are on the horizon.

The 2008 Protection Review book is an invaluable reference work that you’ll use on countless occasions for information and for the views of leaders from across the market. The annual dinner is the industry’s flagship ‘must’ attend event. Now in its second year, the seminar is fast establishing itself as intelligent and relevant and a great event to meet with colleagues from across the market.

The Protection Review conference aims to answer a lot of questions that we know are important to you. That’s because we are spend much of our time talking with and listening to organisations across the industry, from the smallest brokers to the biggest insurers and reinsurers and to many others too. Based on last year’s successful format, we have developed the conference still further for 2008 and have put together a programme which will look at:

  • What is the state of the multi-billion pound UK health and protection insurance market?
  • What key issues do the various sectors face?
  • Are we making progress in managing them?
  • What short term concerns must the industry cope with?
  • How do the various aspects of the industry join together?
  • What needs to be done to make our industry more successful and relevant to its customers?

We have invited speakers we know you will want to listen to and converse with. It adds up to a conference which will add real business value, offer invaluable insights and more than reward your valuable time commitment – something that we don’t take lightly.

“Last year we listened very carefully to what you wanted and what you needed from a conference. This year we listened even harder and have developed a programme that we believe will make this the best conferences you will attend all year.” Protection Review co-founder Peter Le Beau.

“In one single day you can get the best book, dinner and conference of 2008. It’s not just about value and information though – we want it to be a day you’ll enjoy and remember for all the right reasons too.” Protection Review co-founder Andy Couchman.

The Protection Review conference allows you to make the whole day 100% productive. Starting at 9.30 a.m. for 10.00 a.m. and with time for networking throughout, the conference presents a full day on how our industry is really doing. The theme of the conference mirrors that of the book and the dinner – what really is happening in the industry and what else, if anything, do we need to be aware of and include in our short to medium term planning?

Thanks to the support of Scottish Re, 3i Infotech with Oracle, and Medicals Direct, the conference represents remarkable value too and, pay before 1 May or order five tickets, and you can enjoy substantial extra savings too.
